This time my cooperating teacher and me talked about some issues in regard to grading and giving parents feedback at the end of the end of the first term.It was my first time giving the first term report,my co-teacher help me to write the comments and how to say the positive and the negative stuff in order to not sound "bad".For me this experience have been very meaningful because I learnt from  a real situation but with the guidance of a teacher who knows more about this kind of tasks that we as teacher face and that we are not taught inside the programm.Also I learnt how to identify some students stregthness and difficulties in regards to language learning and to give them some roles inside the class such as monitors .

Journal entry #5 During the process of teaching I realized that each one has a way and a time to get the complete idea of how to deal and performance as a good English teacher, I am trying to reflect about how the time and the experience would help us to deal with future situations inside the classroom such as plan b, two hours of class or more,and some tasks for student´s because you have to leave the class for any meeting . It had happend to me all the time , for me it´s really serious to teach something meaningful in my classes and when this situations occurs it is like no idea what to do , first because in my case I have to be updated on the pages of the student´s book and with the syllabus, and also I planned my class but a pop -meeting takes place so I have to think what should I ask students to do meanwhile I am out and also not to make so much noise and disturb other classes.But as I said with the time I learned some tips such as dictionary use , or group work .

What makes a good teacher? In my opinion it depends on different aspects,it is also important to highlight that there are many perceptions of good teachers around the worls,some people think good teacher are those who are very strict and good at classroom management, but I think it is not only the performance ,it is also about the academic background ,I mean a good teacher cares about her or his career ,in the way of growing as a professional not only for their own gain but also for enhace the way they explain and bring more strategies to the classroom.Another aspect is how responsable teacher are when they have to plan their lesson plan,it is a balance between explainning and students selfwork,to avoid being the lazy teacher how only put to translate or just show a video ,those are neccesary startegies but not to be unresponsable .At the end I think a good teacher is the one how loves what he or she does,how finds joy in what they do in their classroom and how also wants to be a bett...
